Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return products?
Yes. You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days. To use the right of withdrawal, the product packaging must not be opened. We can only accept returns for unused items (with the seal/packaging intact) and in their original packaging.
To return an item, please send a written notice to our email at info@herzmarine.com within 14 days from the date you received the goods.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (except in cases where the product does not match the order).
The customer must initiate return of the goods no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
The refundable amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
How can I pay for my order?
In Herzmarine online store, you can pay using the following methods:
• Credit Card payment processed by Stripe
• Google Pay / Apple Pay processed by Stripe
• Klarna processed by Stripe
• Bank payment via direct bank link (if this service is available in your country)
• Prepayment invoice (we'll send the invoice to your email after you place the order)
How and how quickly will my order reach me?
You can choose from the following delivery options:
• DHL / DPD / GLS courier delivery
• Pick-up from a parcel terminal (if this service is available in your country)
• Pick-up at Herzmarine store (Kadaka tee 84a, Tallinn)
Once we have received your payment, we will dispatch your order using the delivery method you selected and send you a confirmation notification.
If any delivery details in your order are unclear, we will contact you to confirm the correct arrangements.
Depending on your location and the chosen delivery method, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days.
Store opening hours
During the summer months, store is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00.
(If you need to visit later — until 18:00 — please call us in advance.)
During the winter months, we are open on weekdays from 10:00 to 14:00.
Can I take a closer look at the products before purchasing?
Yes! You’re welcome to visit our store and warehouse in Tallinn to see the products offered in the Herzmarine online shop in person.
